Childrens Functional Health Pattern Assessment Essay Example for Free
Childrens Functional Health Pattern Assessment Essay The U.S. human services conveyance framework has experienced huge and transformational changes in the previous two decades. The customary medical clinic focused social insurance conveyance is not, at this point ready to help the extended requests of human services administrations, particularly outside emergency clinics. In a similar token, the customary job of a medical caretaker as bedside direct parental figure is deficient to meet the quickening needs of attendants in different territories, for example, wellbeing advancement and illness avoidance, case the executives, authority and research. Because of that, arrangement of the section level of expert medical caretakers requires a more extensive skills so nurture are instructively arranged to work with more freedom in conveying broadened care. The American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) perceived the Bachelor of Science qualification in nursing as the base instructive necessity for proficient nursing practice (AACN, 2000). There are huge contrasts between partner degree nursing projects and baccalaureate degree nursing programs. The baccalaureate program not just remember all of educational program for the partner degree programs, yet additionally gives inside and out examination in physical and sociologies, nursing exploration, authority and the board, network and general wellbeing nursing, understanding training, and the humanities (Johnston, 2009). The more extensive and more top to bottom instruction improve proficient turn of events and basic reasoning. The baccalaureate graduate is set up to all the more likely comprehend numerous issues in culture, society, economy and legislative issues. Such aptitudes are fundamental for todays nursing experts. In clinical practice, partner degree medical caretakers give bedside care in less intricate circumstance while baccalaureate degree attendants structure and deal with an extensive arrangement of care. They see more in patients signs and indications, oversee other nursing work force, bolster staff, and guide patients through the confounded social insurance assets in a network, and teach patients on human services choices and propelled mandates . In the course of recent years, analysts and policymakers have recognized that instructive arrangement makes an immense contrast in how medical caretakers practice. Johnsons (1988) meta-examination demonstrated that there wereâ significant contrasts between proficient (baccalaureate degree) and specialized (partner degree and confirmation) nurture on proportions of medical attendant execution. Measures included relational abilities, information, critical thinking, and expert job. Pardue (1987) explored the distinctions in basic reasoning capacity and dynamic aptitudes among 121 partner degree, recognition, baccalaureate, and bosses arranged medical caretakers. Results demonstrated that attendants with bosses and baccalaureate degrees had the most elevated scores in basic reasoning capacity. In my emergency clinic the ICU medical attendants are BSNs, and they are liable for quiet training notwithstanding giving bedside care. A case of a patient consideration circumstance that was decidedly influenced by having a BSN nurture accessible, as of late happened at the office where I work. A multi year-old woman who is a post-liver transplant tolerant was admitted to the ICU for organ dismissal and extreme pallor. The prescription consistence issue was raised by the inhabitant specialists. The ICU nurture gave drug compromise and found that tolerant regularly missed Prednisone. The attendant along these lines invested more energy in teaching post-transplant immunosuppressant meds and fortifying the significance to be agreeable with medicine routine. The patient at long last admitted that Prednisone made her benefit bunches of weight, which was the primary motivation behind why she didn't take this prescription. The attendant looked into clinical proof dependent on patients essential conclusion and related clinical treatment alternatives. She understood that patient has a finding of intermittent immune system hepatitis and Prednisone is one of drugs that treat immune system illness. The ICU nurture assembled out a conference with the multidisciplinary group incorporated the transplant social laborer, drug specialist, nutritionist, nurture professionals and specialists. Patient and her parental figure spouse were likewise welcome to the conversation of the arrangement for her consideration. On account of the mutual dynamic, the transplant group consented to bring down her Prednisone portion to the base and include a little portion of diuretic to evade water maintenance brought about by Prednisone. Through social laborers help, quiet consented to take Prednisone consistently and her better half vowed to remind her to take the prescription. Nutritionist gave interview in liquid and salt limitation. This model showed that the baccalaureate degree nurture was solid and steady to comprehend the pathophysiology and illness process. She directed research study and acquired the best accessible proof concerning patients care. At last she utilized her coordination and joint effort aptitudes and accumulated a gathering of the multidisciplinary group and patients family. She likewise exhibited a solid administration ability in the event that administration. She set patient at the focal point of the consideration and drew nearer to a mutual dynamic. No doubt, her presentation is an aftereffect of the instructive arrangement she got from the baccalaureate nursing program. On the off chance that this case was dealt with by a related degree nurture, her instructive ranges of abilities probably won't have set up her to satisfy the undertaking. Marx and Weberââ¬â¢s Theories of Class Structure in Modern Society Essay
Karl Marx has given us the most powerful review of how industrialization has influenced the cutting edge social arrangements. As indicated by his industrialization gave us two new classes, which had advanced from the old medieval society. The bourgeoisie and the low class (Bradley, 2006: 134-135). The bourgeoisie in England, the new financially prevailing class. Toward the start of the nineteenth century, they attempted to reinforce its social and political force. At the nearby level, they acquired the force in numerous towns, particularly north of the nation. They did this through by beginning schools and recreation offices to the individuals. At the national level, they attempted to challenge the old force gathering, the privileged. With the political changes they attempted to take from them the advantages they had increased through having had the political force. Particularly significant was the way that, corn law that kept the cost of rural items misleadingly high, and accordingly shielded landowners from the free market, was annulled. In political terms, was not broken up landowner class, however the bourgeoisie was to impart capacity to them (Bradley, 2006: 135). Low class or common laborers, is the below average in present day society arrangements, as indicated by Marx. Denied of the chance to create their own employments, they had to sell all they have, their work, so as to endure. As per Marx, the connection between these classes both that they were subject to one another and unfriendly to one another. Laborers required for the bourgeoisie to discover them work, and the bourgeoisie required specialists for a benefit. Yet, the relationship was an inborn clash on account of the exploitative idea of these monetary courses of action contained (Bradley, 2006: 135). In the same way as other network remarks from the nineteenth century, Marx felt that the compensation no laborers were paid, didn't speak to the estimation of the products they made through their work. Through pieces of their working hours, a specialist delivering merchandise comparing to an estimation of their reality will cost. The remainder of their working time, the products they produce, speak to extra esteem. Portions of this worth was taken by the bourgeoisie, as benefit. It tends to be contended that the bourgeoisie, to face a challenge nvestments and step up and make employments, merit the benefits. It is a significant contention utilized by some today. Marx, in any case, accepts that there are laborers whose work produces products that are qualified for these benefits. In any case, the finance framework, where you find paid a dayââ¬â¢s line of work, not founded on the exertion you put down, shrouds the way that the laborers are taken from the benefits of their work. This was what Marx implied by the exploitative idea of these money related game plans contained. It was additionally in light of a legitimate concern for the bourgeoisie and increment their benefits, to either cut the pay rates of laborers or get them to expand their creation, without getting a more significant compensation (Bradley, 2006: 135-136). Marx accepted that when the common laborers started to see how they were misused, and perceived how out of line the framework was, they would attempt to transform it. They shared encounters and attention to misuse will be the reason for an entire class, which will stand up and disintegration of this monetary framework, supplanting it with a more pleasant framework where laborers controlled the benefits (Bradley, 2006. 36). Marx perceived the presence of various classes of society, yet they appeared to be immaterial contrasted with the extraordinary battle for power that we have portrayed here. Max Weber, be that as it may, expounded on the social significance of what are currently portrayed as the new working class. These are varieties of the gatherings of authorities, from office laborers to educators, and pioneers. Weber noticed that the enormous development of administration, prompted a high increment in this new white collar class. As the regular workers, this class was additionally very maktlos, in the way that they possessed what they delivered, however needed to sell his own work. However they got higher social advantages than the common laborers, and was in this way set in a circumstance of rivalry and contention with them. Weber accepted, alongside numerous different sociologists, that the development of this new white collar class would obstruct the common laborers would ascend against the bourgeoisie (Bradley, 2006: 136). Weberââ¬â¢s idea of classes avveik from Marx on other significant regions. While he recognized that there were significant divisions in the public arena between the classes of property and the propertyless, Weber accepted that there were huge vary even inside these gatherings. Not exclusively was it than the hole between the working and white collar class, as depicted here, yet in addition inside classes. These divisions were made by the market that compensated gatherings contrast as far as what abilities they had. Researchers laborers were more refreshing than the unlearned, on account of their experience and preparing. The white collar class had various groupings differing levels of capabilities, instruction, and preparing to offer. Inside classes of property, there were likewise divisions between bunches with as indicated by what sort of property they had. While Marxââ¬â¢s abuse hypothesis and class strife, he was to feature the potential for solidarity between the two significant classes, was Weberââ¬â¢s accentuation on the common jobs in the market brought about his perspectives on various gatherings inside classes, that they existed in an atmosphere of contention with one another. The contention was as extraordinary inside the classes as between the various classes (Bradley, 2006: 136-137). This impact was strengthened, as indicated by Weber, in light of the fact that the financial conditions inside the classes was additionally confused by two other covering wellsprings of social divisions, in particular Weber call status and gathering association. Contrasts in status alludes to the diverse measure of notoriety or social position held by various gatherings. Weber contended that the distinctive status inside the common laborers, neutralizing Marxââ¬â¢s hypothesis of a consolidated class that would remain against the bourgeoisie. At long last, Weber accepted that the gatherings and other political associations would go across class and status divisions in its enrollment, as they tried to activate the ability to get the chance to meet the interests of its individuals. On this premise, Weber created a model of network arrangement that was more perplexing than Marxââ¬â¢s polar model (Bradley, 2006: 137). On the off chance that you take a gander at history toward the start of the nineteenth century, it is progressively similar to talking according to Marxââ¬â¢s model, than Weber. The period between 1780 to 1840 was a period of consistent change, in which laborers battled against the new mechanical framework and tribulations, and destitution that industrialization carried with it. There were food deficiencies, many strikes and exhibitions in the industrialized territories. These mobs prompted political changes, for example, casting a ballot rights for all men. However, most mobs were ocal and little scope, mirroring the way that industrialization was an unpleasant prosesss, which took various structures and happened at different speeds around. Which implied that laborers were in resistance to a seat, was not an issue somewhere else (Bradley, 2006: 137-138). As a prologue to the Communist Manifesto Karl Marx composed the content and common ordinary. In this content Marx depicts class association in current society. Out of the primitive ruin, built up the cutting edge average society itself. This occurred without the class divisions that existed in the general public was annulled. In this new current common society, new classes were embedded instead of the bygone, it was added to the new states of persecution, new types of battle between classes. The change that hangs out in this period, as the common time, be that as it may, is that it has rearranged class enmities. The entire society sharing increasingly more into two extraordinary threatening camps, two classes that are legitimately against one another: bourgeoisie and low class. Enormous industry has made the world market that had been set up by the revelation of America. The world market has made exchange, transportation and transport over an enormous turn of events. This has again showed up back on the business appropriation, and to a similar degree that the bourgeoisie created, expanded its capital and it required all the classes that originated from the Middle Ages out of sight. Along these lines we perceive how the cutting edge bourgeoisie is itself a result of a long turn of events, a progression of changes in the method of creation and correspondence conditions. The bourgeoisie has not smashed during this century they have had class mastery, made a progressively exhaustive, monster profitable powers than every first era together. Oppression of characteristic powers, apparatus, use of science to industry and horticulture, transporting traffic, railroads electric tickers, development of entire landmasses, streams made traversable, entire populaces got rid of the earth â⬠what prior century realized that such creation powers covered up in societyââ¬â¢s belly . The most significant essential for citizenship class presence and mastery is that riches amass in private hands, that capital arrangement and expanded; condition for capital is wage work. Business relies entirely upon the opposition the laborers hemselves. Progress in the business, that the bourgeoisie will-less and without opposition the bearer, prompting a progressive association of laborers of affiliations as opposed to their division by common rivalry. With extraordinary mechanical improvement along these lines loses the bourgeoisie itself the premise on which it delivers and appropriates items. It creates for the most part his own killer. Bourgeoisie fate and triumph of the low class are similarly unavoidable (Englestad, 1992: 235-243). Max Weberââ¬â¢s speculations of social classes, is viewed as the principle option in contrast to Marx. Weber takes, similar to Marx, in view of the financial conditions. Be that as it may, in contrast to Marx, Weber includes not just center the connection among managers and

Cloning Should Never Be An Option - Free Essay Example
Cloning should not be allowed because it interrupts the natural cycle of life, diminishes the value of society, and destroys ethical boundaries. Cloning is not considered harmless or effective. It comes with health problems, mental issues, and the wrong outlook on value. Many scientists have tried to stop the evolution and growth of cloning. As for others, they have tried to extend the opportunity. Cloning has become one of the biggest controversial conversations in the 21st century. According to an article from the national center for biotechnology, Cloning may cause long term health defects (Jones). They conducted an experiment, cloning a calf from a skin cell extracted from a 15 day old calf. The calf died at seven weeks from severe anemia. It had many health complications during its lifespan. Parts of the calf werent fully developed and had a major part in the an early death. If cloning has this effect on calves, the effect on humans could be drastic. Listed on livestrong.com many other risks are miscarriage and abnormal gene expression ( Roxanne Maas). Miscarriage is more common for births from cloning, and majority of all result in the mother dying during or shortly after birth. Many attempts of cloning have been so dangerous that in 2001, the national academy of science issued a report stating that the United States should ban human reproductive cloning aimed at creating a child because experience in animals suggests the process would be dangerous for the woman, the fetus, and the newborn, and would likely fail. (NHI). This was recommended to be reviewed in five years. This would be considered if it was found safe and effective by a scientific review. Five years later, and there is no change in the suggestion following the first. Many have argued that cloning is unethical, and many organizations agree. The National Academy of Sciences in January, 2002 had two major national reports regarding cloning to have children. From an article in the bioethics advisory, this was their final decision on such an important topic: Both reports concluded that attempts to clone a human being at this time would be unethical, owing to questions about the safety of the technique, and the likelihood of physical harm to those involved (The Presidents Council on Bioethics). Cloning is critically taking the unique identity of a human being, or animal, as explained on the website of the national humane genome research institute. Reproductive cloning would present the potential of creating a human that is genetically identical to another person who has previously existed or still exists. This may conflict with long- standing religious and societal values about human dignity, possibly infringing upon principles of individual freedom, identity, and autonomy (NIH). Not only would cloning have a huge effect on animals or humans, it would also impact society negatively. Cloning offers the opportunity for rapid reproduction. In result the growth of population would implode without proper regulation. The ecosystems would fail because of over population and society may run out of resources. Our economy would struggle because our financial structure is not capable of maintaining stability during such growth. Cloning would also cause stigmatism in society because of features of those cloned as explained: The identity of an individual cannot of course be reduced to his or her genome. Still, the uniqueness of bodily appearance, particularly the face, is de facto, for most people, the property by means the unique character and autonomy of the human being is experienced. Under these conditions, we may indeed fear that pronounced visible resemblance could lead to disparaging treatment, even ostracism (Bertrand Pulman). Many scientists have proven that cloning is possible and it could be beneficial, but they have not proven it is safe. They have also proven that in medical emergencies cloning could be lifesaving, but theres a possibility of it malfunctioning due to its genetic makeup. Scientists are still trying to find effective ways that are harmless and help the society rather than hurting it. Cloning has become a popular scientific exploration, but the risks and complications could have a negative effect on health, values, and society. There are many other ways to help in the different fields cloning is being tested for without the complications. With cloning being absent, society has managed to grow and expand; and ethical boundaries are still in place. If cloning were practiced with the intent to only use it with plants for food, clothing, and medicine; it wouldnt be as controversial. Cloning would then be considered practical and logica, but is not being practiced for neither. It should not b e accepted by society, government, or scientist as long as it is found harmless and ineffective.

Free legal advice provided by them was gaining popularity by the word of mount and has enabled gaining many clients because of unaffordability of people. Overwhelming demands has led to expansion and hiring of many lawyers, volunteers and administration staffs. With the growth in services, maintaining books of accounts was a struggling issue for them. Concerning this, service provider heard the benefits about the implementation of ERP system in the business processes of small and medium enterprises. Installation of computerized system has several benefits but CRLS is not sure about the benefits that would be attributable to them (Al-Ghofaili et al. 2014). For the implementation of Enterprise resource, planning system to the benefits realised by CRLS requires to studies the possibilities of adopting them in light of various ben efits and challenges. Current business process of CRLS: CRLS has expanded their service by gaining popularity from word of mouth and their increased service demand are mange by hiring additional lawyers and administrative staffs offering voluntary services to their existing clients. The cost of managing administrative services are managed by receiving donations given by local donors. There are three brand offices of the organization having fifty volunteers. Details relating to services offered by lawyers to their clients are recorded manually in books of accounts. Maintaining up to date details of clients have become struggling issue for the administrative staffs. At present, organization is seeking the employment of the information system for managing and recording details of their clients and they plan to utilize the donation for adopting the ERP system (Al-Johani and Youssef 2013). Cloud based Enterprise resource planning offers bundle of applications that assist business in managing, storing, interpreting and automating the process of collecting data from various sources of business such as marketing, accounting and delivery of service. A suite of ERP apps forms the solutions of cloud based ERP that is accessed via a browser over the connection of internet. A steady internet connection is required for running cloud-based solutions in small service companies (Escalona et al. 2015). As pointed in the case study that employing cloud based ERP would help in various tasks such as recording detail of lawyers, clients, registration of bar council, preparation of documentation and recording various court details. Cloud based ERP is an approach of enterprise resource planning making use of platforms of cloud computing and services that assist business by providing a flexible process of business transformation. Cloud computing platform provides business with opportunity that helps in completely transforming the way it pays and uses information technology (Lauterbach 2015). Emerging requirements of small enterprise such as CRLS would be addressed by ERP evolving solutions. However, am organization is required to consider in many ways to use and determine cloud based ERP systems by addressing factors such as size of company, needs of security, issues of organization and type of industry. Some of the benefits presented here would help presenting an argument to persuademanagement of organization for implementing cloud based ERP. Cost of cloud based ERP software is comparatively lower than other software. Overall hardware is the accountability of the cloud service provider. Organization implying cloud based software are requited tom pay based on specific service usage. Information technology resources of organization are able to derive flexible levels of scalability due to integrated built in feature of clouds based system. It further helps in reducing the expenditure incurred by organization regarding the usage of information system services. Cloud based system provides unrestricted access to business and as per the privileges granted to the stakeholders, management and employees. Lawyers would be able to access the system though devices their choices. Small enterprise such as CRLS are not required to implement their own information technology department or hire costly information technology specialist. Some of the costs that can be managed by the cloud based ERP by paying a regular, an unanticipated and user subscription fees. It helps in neglecting of any updates or any up front hardware procurements. Updating of software are received through and does not involves any additional charges (Murphy et al. 2016). Total implementation cost would be much less for cloud based ERP as compared to any other system as the user are required to pay a flat rate off fee either month or rental fees. This helps in lowering the operation costs of CRLS. Overall expense of organisation would be reduced further with the correct implementation of cloud based ERP system (Sedera et al. 2013). Enhance security measures are offered by the cloud based a single user can access system as such system using a single account at a time. CRLS being a free legal service provider are required to keep the confidential information of their client safely and cloud based would help in securing the data (Nowak and Kurbel 2016). Provider of cloud based ERP solutions provide twenty-four services to their clients and all important updates relating to new features and fixing of securities are informed immediately to all users. Challenges in implementing cloud based ERP system: Implementation of such system requires training and on boarding of employees and it is certainly possible that organization will make under investment. Security of data can be considered as one of the concern; however, it is not an issue.Change management is required to be done intelligently as the information system are required to be efficiently managed (Walther et al. 2013). Feasibility analysis of cloud based ERP system: An ERP system for small service organization is to provide them with integrated and enterprise wide integrated model intended to deliver information service for meeting the growing needs of business. While conducting feasibility analysis of cloud based ERP, a host of factors are attributed and this involves business process and their actions and data management. It is the analysis of business model regarding the cloud-based system of ERP. Three primary areas are determined by feasibility analysis and this involves technical resources, marketing and financing. Considering results of each of these elements will help in determining the plausibility of the implementation of the cloud based ERP system. An organization is able to receive feasibility report while carrying out feasibility analysis that leads to optimizing the acquisition process and helps in improving services to their clients (Fruth and Neacsu 2014). The feasibility analysis of the implementation of the cloud based ERP stem in CRLS is depicted in the following paragraphs and they are as follows: Cost perspective- Some of the key considerations relating to cost of implementing the software are required to be considered along financial charts of account design. Implementation of cloud based ERP system would help CRLS in accessing robust technology at a lower ownership cost. Further benefit is that implementation and maintenance cost are also minimized by using the software. Service functional fitness perspective- The cloud based ERP service is provided with a single payment business unit for processing the payments and the same procedures are involves the clients receipt processing. A new flexibility is provided by fusion procurement cloud that helps in delivering shared services for procurement. For defining the right service provider relationship and assigning the appropriate business function of each of business unit, it is required to understand the structure of organization. For importing small to medium volumes of data, the data integration of the system helps in providing integration with the Microsoft excel sheets as part of day-to-day management. Applications users such as lawyers and administration staffs are required to login to ensure that data are securely accessed and this also assist them by providing greater interactive capabilities with online data validation. Data that are obtained from another environment relating to clients can be ea sily stores in one single system. Issues arising from misalignment of organizational strategy and business processes: The alignment between information technology capabilities and needs of business. Needs of aligning the business needs and information technology incorporating organizational strategy are increasingly recognized by researching numerous articles. If the process of doing business and carrying out any services were not aligned with the strategy pursued by organization, then carrying out their activities would be able to service their clients effectively. Another issue also arise relation to satisfaction of clients in terms of receiving legal advice. Difficulties would arise in area of doing dome innovative ideas to provide services. Risk associated with ERP and BPR customization: There are several risks involved with the customization of ERP and BPR and they are as follows: Human resources- Customization of these systems involve too much coding or no coding testing that will lead to the creation of incompatibility in the new system. This procedure involve too much costs and is expensive. Organization might face difficulties in the customization of system due to lack of consultants and experienced staffs. Upgrade- The phase of modifying system needs to be analysed by the developer and the process of validation, customization and up gradation of the old system is a lengthy process as the system cannot be up gradated on one time basis. The system can be transformed to re implementation if the customization is contemptible from the plan of implementing the system (Nowak and Kurbel 2016). Customization of ERP leads to create several problems during their implementation- There are factors that has largely led to over customizing the system of ERP. System customization become difficult to manage on part of organization as it can break up the implementation budget and resistance can be received from employees relation to customization of the system and in this regard, customization becomes a valid concern (Paliwoda-P?kosz and Soja 2015). The risk associated with lack of alignment in process of business and ERP system can be minimized by developing detailed specification requirements and conducting the test for system customization prior to ERP implementation and monitoring the system of organization very closely. Process of organization can be realigned with ERP system and this involves radical redesign and rethinking of the customized system. System requirement of organization would be met by increasing probability of ERP system that would originate as business initiative (Mital et al. 2015) Organization can face some of the strategic disadvantages due to the customization of BPR and ERP. The ERP system if not able to complete address all the needs of organization despite the fact that it helps ion solving most of the essential things. Trade-offs are involved in system of ERP by nature and some of trade-offs are related to flexibility versus standardization trade-offs, trade-offs of best of breed approach versus on single system of all departments and functions (Gunawan and Surendro 2014). Some of the change issues are faced by organization while customization of ERP and BPR. Sometimes, organization are required to accommodate current business realities that calls for making change in the ERP and BPR system. Proposed to change to the business process of CRLS: Implementation of the cloud based ERP system would help in bringing organizational change in CRLS. The application of ERP systems are designed to support processes of business that will help in enhancing the efficient of operating activities, performance of organization and accountability. Implementation of cloud based is expected to provide better interface as compared to any other system. There involves day-to-day operations, administrative and pragmatic that helps in available key transactions. Cloud based options is considered to be safer as it has security protocols and backup structures that helps in prevention of data loss. Adoption of computerized system will help in easily recording transactions. Records of all the clients along with lawyers such as address, bar councils and name are registered along with their specialization area (Ekman 2015). All the descriptions of clients are recorded that will make the experience of judges very helpful. Recommendation: Implementation of the cloud based ERP system involves great deal of complexities, consumes time and involves great deal of risks. It requires deployment of new infrastructure and purchasing of servers that is regarded as costly affairs to business. However, they are able to solve some of critical issues faced by business, their needs and operations. Prior to the implementation of the cloud based ERP systems required CRLS to have the proper analysis of benefits and costs associated with it. A number of factors are required to be considered regarding to use the cloud based ERP services and evaluate the viability of cloud based ERP system. In order for organization to have appropriate cloud service suiting the needs of organizational activities. Complexities of organization are required to be measured by organization. Cloud hosted solutions are considered appropriate for the organization requiring minimal customization and limited integration. Therefore, it is recommended to CRLS to tak e appropriate and comprehensive approach for mitigating the risks associated with cloud based ERP implementation. Furthermore, recommendations for classifying the applications of system based on risk level should be re-evaluated by organization. Companies might be forced to put greater importance of redundancy of network in order to provide continued access when there is any disruption of business operations. Conclusion: Implementation of cloud based ERP system by CRLS comes with several challenges and benefits. It can be evaluated from the above discussion that the challenges of the system would be offset by the benefits derived by system implementation. The report prepared above depicts the risk faced by organization while customizing the ERP and BPR system. Changes in the current process of business is done by installing the information system for recording of data of clients and maintain the security and confidentiality. Organization is inclined toward implementing the clod based ERP system suiting to their business requirements. Challenges and benefits from implementing such system are discussed in report. However, some of the risks associated with employment of such system needs to be mitigated by performing the feasibility analysis that leads to point out the importance of such system in specific areas of organisation. If the ERP system is not appropriately implemented, then there is the possi bility of misalignment between the strategy pursued by organization and processes of business.
